Her Path

A lifelong student of healing

April began practicing yoga in 2003 while attending Kutztown University in Pennsylvania. What started as a personal practice became a calling, one that has carried her across the world in pursuit of authentic, time-honored healing arts.

She earned her 200-hour Hatha Yoga certification from the Shambhava School of Yoga in Rollinsville, Colorado, and went on to complete a 300-hour Yoga Therapy education at The Yoga Life Institute. In 2013, she traveled through Thailand and India, studying Thai Massage in Chiang Mai at the renowned Old Medicine Hospital.

Today she shares her knowledge and passion for holistic, healthy living, guiding others toward nourishment, balance, and wellbeing through every service she offers.
